SNTGN Transgaz SA informs all those concerned that by Order 68/30 May 2023 issued by the National Energy Regulatory Authority, the following were approved:

Ø  the regulated revenue and the corrected regulated revenue for the fourth and fifth regulatory years, 1 October 2022 - 30 September 2023 and 1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024, of the fourth regulatory period, for the natural gas transmission activity through the National Transmission System, carried out by the National Natural Gas Transmission Company TRANSGAZ - S.A..

Ø  the capacity booking tariffs for firm and interruptible long and short-term transmission services for the group of entry/exit points and the commodity tariff for the use of the National Transmission System for the fifth regulatory year, 1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024, of the fourth regulatory period.

The approved regulated revenue for gas year 2022 - 2023 is lei 1,782,144.00 thousand and the corrected regulated revenue for the fourth regulatory year is lei 1,363,977.17 thousand.

The approved regulated revenue for gas year 2023 - 2024 is lei 1,892,710.87 thousand and the corrected regulated revenue for the fifth regulatory year is lei 1,647,347.82 thousand.

Order 68/30 May 2023 issued by the National Energy Regulatory Authority was published in Official Journal of Romania, Part I, No. 483/31.05.2023.
