Foraj Sonde S.A. Videle (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “FOJE”) informs its shareholders of the conclusion of a significant contract, the value of which exceeds 10% of the total revenue according to the latest annual financial statements.
The details of the contract are presented below:
Supplier: Foraj Sonde S.A. Videle
Beneficiary: OMV Petrom S.A.
Type of contract: onshore drilling services using rigs with a minimum 350 MT static hookload
Estimated contract value: USD 24,636,238.07
Scope of the contract: provision of onshore drilling services using the MND Bentec rig, followed by the introduction of a Drillmec rig, within a phased operational scenario
Contract duration: up to 48 months, starting June 2026.
