Significant events to report: 

TeraPlast S.A. informs the investors about the issuance of the Certificate of Registration of Financial Instruments no. AC-3420-13/03.10.2025, by the Financial Surveillance Authority, related to the share capital increase of TeraPlast S.A., following the Decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of TeraPlast Shareholders on 29.04.2025.

Following the increase, TeraPlast's share capital amounts to RON 300,150,044.80, divided into 3,001,500,448 shares with a nominal value of RON 0.1 each.

The operations for registering the share capital increase with the Central Depository were previously completed on September 26, 2025, and TeraPlast will now proceed to register, at the Trade Registry Office, the mentions regarding the share capital increase in accordance with the EGMS Decision of April 29, 2025.

We remind that the payment date for the free shares approved by the EGMS on 29.04.2025 was 26.09.2025, the beneficiaries being the shareholders who held TRP shares on the registration date, namely 25.09.2025.
