The company informs the shareholders and investors with regard to the following:
IMPACT DEVELOPER & CONTRACTOR SA concluded the sale agreement authenticated under No. 188 of 21 February 2019 by notary public Octavian-Viorel Rogojanu, with its headquarters in Bucharest, whereby it sold to the Bucharest Municipality, through the General Mayor, 70 apartments, located in District 1, the Greenfield Residential Complex, offered at the auction organized by the Bucharest City Hall, for the acquisition of apartments for medical staff from the institutions subordinated to the Bucharest Administration of Hospitals and Medical Services.
The price of the agreement is RON 37,355,603.02 plus VAT.
The Bucharest City Hall, through the General Mayor, shall pay the full price until 30.06.2019. In order to guarantee the payment of the price, a legal mortgage is established.
