Important Event to Report: Resynchronization of Unit 1 at the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant with the National Energy System (NES)

Nuclearelectrica SA announces that Unit 1 of the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant was resynchronized with the National Energy System on the afternoon of Friday, 6 November 2026, in accordance with the Current Report issued on 4 November 2026.

The specific actions for the reconnection procedures of Unit 1 of the Cernavoda Nuclear Power Plant had no impact on nuclear safety, personnel and the general public, as they were carried out in strict accordance with the applicable procedures.
