In the period January 1st, 2026 – November 4th, 2026, OMV Petrom SA executed transactions with Romgaz Black Sea Limited for Neptun Deep project in total value of RON 3,407,807,121 that exceed, cumulatively, 10% of the company’s turnover for the year 2025, as follows:
· Sale transactions amounting to RON 3,407,447,713 representing Re-invoicing services/goods to non-operator from joint operations;
· Acquisition transactions amounting to RON 359,408 consisting mainly in delegation of personnel.
