Bursa de Valori Bucuresti SA (“BVB” or “Company”) informs the public that, on 23.07.2026, the Trade Registry Office issued the Registration Certificate of Mentions related to the increase of the Company’s share capital, pursuant to Resolution No. 578809 din 21.07.2026 rendered in file No. 2741243 / 09.07.2026.

The share capital increase in the amount of RON 7,967,000, through the issuance of 796,700 new shares with a nominal value of RON 10/share, was approved by the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 2/29.04.2026.

Following the share capital increase, the Company’s share capital amounts to RON 101,954,230, divided into 10,195,423 shares, each having a face value of RON 10.
