Important events to be reported: Information about merger by absorption project
Autonom Services S.A. (“the Company”) informs the investors about the availability of a document outlining the project of merger by absorption between Autonom Services S.A., the absorbing entity, and BT Operational Leasing S.A., the absorbed entity. The management would like to underline that the merger is currently in the project phase.

The operation will not have any major effect on the financial results of Autonom Services S.A. since the Company has been including the results of BT Operational Leasing S.A. in its consolidated financial statements.
