The management of Norofert SA, hereinafter referred to as “Company”, informs the market about transactions carried out that fall under Art. 19 of EU Regulation 596/2014 on Market Abuse. The transactions were carried out between July 7th – 8th, 2020 by Ileana Popescu, who is in close relationship with a person who holds management responsibilities within the Company.
