The management of AROBS Transilvania Software S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs investors about the transactions carried out that fall under art. 19 of EU Regulation 596/2014 on market abuse. The transactions, respectively the transfer of options within the "Stock Option Plan" program approved by means of the Decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's Shareholders no. 3/15.06.2026 were carried out by Voicu Oprean, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Aurelian Calin Deaconu, Executive Director of the Company, Bojan Ovidiu, Executive Officer of the Company, and Mihaela - Stela Cleja, Non-Executive Director of the Company.

The transactions have been notified to the Company in accordance with applicable capital market legislation. The details of the carried-out transactions can be consulted on the following pages, attached to this report.
