S.I.F. Transilvania informs the shareholders and investors that it has been notified by the Law Firm “Piperea si Asociatii” with regard to the submission to the Brasov Tribunal by Mr. Szabo Stefan, Mr. Carapiti Dumitru and Mr. Lutac Gheorghe, against S.I.F. Transilvania, of two applications for summons having as object “Finding the nullity of the Resolution no. 1 dated 30.03.2020 of the Supervisory Board of S.I.F. Transilvania” and “Suspension of the execution of the Resolution no. 1 dated 30.03.2020 of the Supervisory Board of S.I.F. Transilvania”.
