The appeal was filed by David Bucur against Judgment No. 2832, dated September 25th,2026 pronounced in Case No. 37279/3/2026 by the Bucharest Tribunal, 6th Civil Section, the resolution whereby the request to suspend the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders EGMS dated August 20th, 2026, was denied.
