Important event to be reported: Information regarding the status of the labor dispute

 In addition to current report no. 683/16.10.2026, OIL TERMINAL S.A informs shareholders and investors that on 26.10.2026 a conciliation meeting was held regarding the labor dispute initiated by the Oil Terminal’s Union, attended by the employer’s delegation, the union’s delegation and the representatives of ITM Constanta (Constanta Territorial Labor Inspectorate).

Following the conciliation, no mutually agreed solution was reached and agreed upon regarding the union’s demands concerning salary increases, due to the lack of approval of the Memorandum.

The Oil Terminal’s Union communicated the Decision to declare the strike as follows:

1. Warning strike on 30.10.2026, between 10:00 and 12:00, with the suspension of activity.

2. General strike starting on 18.11.2026, for an indefinite period.

The management of OIL TERMINAL is taking all steps to defend the company’s interests and limit the impact on operations.
