Important event to be reported: Erratum regarding the correction of certain material errors identified in the Draft Revised Income and Expenditure Budget for 2026
Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica S.A. (“SNN”) hereby informs shareholders and investors of the correction of certain material errors identified in the Draft Revised Income and Expenditure Budget for 2026, as follows:

Annex 2: the figures for the indicators in Annex 2 of the revised 2026 IEB for the third quarter of 2026 have been replaced with the figures from the 2026 IEB initially approved by OGMS Resolution No. 4 of 28 May 2026, rather than the values representing the company’s re-estimates of the levels of these indicators to be achieved by the end of the third quarter of 2026, as the date of the amendment to the 2026 IEB falls within the fourth quarter of 2026.

Annex 2: correction of the values of the indicators set out in lines 147(a)–(d) of Annex 2 to the revised IEB 2026 to present salary-related expenditure in its entirety, without mentioning the surplus compared to the level achieved in the previous year,

Annex 5: correction of the value relating to Case 2: Increase in expenditure on inventories, mainly as a result of the increase in expenditure on the purchase of electricity – the amount corrected by 48 thousand lei, from -379,502 thousand lei to -379,550 thousand lei, and the corresponding figures for the years 2027 and 2028.
We present in Annex 1 an extract from Annexes 2 and 5 of the revised 2026 IEB regarding the aforementioned material errors, with a comparative breakdown of the previous version and the corrected version.
Furthermore, Annexes 2 and 5 of the amended 2026 IEB, in their corrected form, will be published on the SN Nuclearelectrica SA website, under the ‘GMS’ section, relating to the OGMS convened for 29 October 2026.
We would like to point out that the amendments are intended to correct material errors and do not affect the values of the economic and financial indicators for 2026 as estimated in the Draft Revised 2026 IEB; nor are they of such a nature as to alter the interpretation of the revised 2026 IEB.
