Important events to be reported: Erratum Q3 2023 Report
The management of Simtel Team S.A. (the "Company") informs the market about the material error included on page 26 of the Financial Report for Q3 2023.
Due to a human error, the column that included the budget targeted by the Simtel Team S.A. subsidiary in the Republic of Moldova, Simtel Solar SRL, was not transferred into the report. At the same time, the column related to the budget targeted by the Agora Robotics SRL entity was transferred incorrectly. Consequently, in the column with the consolidated budget targeted for 2023 there was a discrepancy at the level of the consolidated budget compared to the budget that was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The Company includes the corrected table below, as well as attaches the corrected Q3 2023 Report to this current report.
The management wishes to emphasize that it maintains the budget for the year 2023, as approved in the OGMS from 25.04.2023. Also, the other information presented in the Report for Q3 2023, especially the performance for the first nine months of this year, remains unchanged.
