Erata of the Half-Year Financial Statements as of June 30th, 2026 of Raiffeisen Bank S.A.
Bucharest, 13th of October – Raiffeisen Bank S.A. informs the bondholders that in the unaudited interim half-year financial statements as of 30th of June 2026, published on 24th of September, in Note 43 „Capital” page 103, the correct label for the capital positions as of 30th June 2026 is „after profit incorporation” instead of „before profit incorporation” for both consolidated and indvidiual level.
