Important event to report: Dividends payment for the financial year 2022
ASCENDIA S.A. announces the investors that, in accordance with provisions of Decisions no. 4, 5, 6, 7 of the contents of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting from 27.04.2023, the payment of dividends related to the financial year 2022 will be made on the 28 of JULY 2023.
The gross dividend related to the 2022 financial year is 0,1003 lei/share, and the tax on dividend is 8%, which will be withheld at source and transferred to the state budget according to provisions of Fiscal Code in force.
The payment will be made through the Central Depository and Transilvania Bank – as Paying Agent - to the all holders registered in the Shareholders Registry with the Registration date of 11 of JULY 2023, by bank transfer to the accounts of participants in RoClear system, in the accounts bank communicated by shareholders in the accounts notified to the paying agent.
The shares issued by ASCENDIA S.A.are traded, under the ASC ticker, within as alternative trading system administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
