Further to the current report issued on 30 July 2026, AEROSTAR S.A. hereby informs its shareholders that, effective 14 august 2026, an engineering and construction contract has entered into force for the permitting, design and construction of a new aircraft maintenance hangar for civil aviation, together with an access apron, utility infrastructure works and site fencing, at the company’s newly established operational site in Iasi.

The contract has a term of 12–18 months, with a total value of EUR 7,700,000, excluding VAT, for the hangar, and EUR 995,000, excluding VAT, for the access apron.

The acquisition is financed entirely from the Company’s own funds.
