Significant events to be reported: Closure of the insolvency proceedings of COCOR TURISM S.A., a company majority-owned by COCOR S.A., and the company's return to normal economic activity.

On 30.10.2026, the Bucharest Tribunal – 7th Civil Division, issued the following ruling:

“Pursuant to Article 132 paragraph (1) of Law No. 85/2006, the Court orders the closure of the proceedings and the reintegration of SC COCOR TURISM SA into the economic circuit. The GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF PUBLIC FINANCE BUCHAREST and the TRADE REGISTER OFFICE ATTACHED TO THE BUCHAREST TRIBUNAL are hereby notified for the purpose of making the relevant registration.”

As a result of this enforceable court ruling, the reorganisation proceedings of COCOR TURISM S.A. have been concluded following the successful implementation of the reorganisation plan. Consequently, the debtor has exited insolvency proceedings and returned to normal economic activity.

COCOR S.A. holds 69.1558% of the shares in COCOR TURISM S.A. and is its principal creditor. The outstanding debts are to be settled within one year from the date of closure of the insolvency proceedings, either through repayment or by conversion into share capital.
