IMMO GURU S.A. (the “Company”) informs investors that, in accordance with its 2026 financial calendar, the financial report for the third quarter of 2026 will be published on 27 November 2026, after the close of the trading session.
The closed trading period begins on 28 October 2026, 30 calendar days before the publication date, and ends upon publication of the financial report on 27 November 2026.
During the closed period, persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Company are prohibited from conducting transactions, directly or indirectly, on their own account or for the account of third parties, in the Company’s shares or other related financial instruments, subject to Article 19(11) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse.
Under the Company’s internal rules, the restrictions also apply to persons with access to inside information. Trading may resume in the first trading session following publication of the financial report.
