The issuer Practic SA (symbol PRBU), informs shareholders and investors that on July 07th,2026 it was informed by Depozitarul Central SA that the transfer of ownership of a number of 190,976 shares (representing 32.1530% of the share capital) issued by the company Practic SA from the account of the company IBTCYRO HOLDING LTD to the account of the company WELLKEPT PROPERTIES LIMITED was registered, an operation carried out based on the provisions of art.70 paragraph (1) letter g) of ASF Regulation no. 10/2017.
At the same time, the issuer Practic SA was notified on July 08th,2026 by the company WELLKEPT PROPERTIES LIMITED with headquarters in Evagorou & Menadrou 1, Frosia Building, Floor 3, 1066, Nicosia, Cyprus, registered with the Trade Register under no. HE101895, regarding the acquisition of ownership rights over a number of 190,976 shares issued by PRACTIC S.A., representing 32.1530% of the company's share capital, through the transfer of the participation from IBTCYRO HOLDING LTD to WELLKEPT PROPERTIES LIMITED, in accordance with the provisions of art. 70 para.
