Important event to be reported - Additional information concerning the voluntary liquidation of Real Estate Asset SA, subsidiary of  SIF Moldova.

To complete the release concerning the completion of the voluntary liquidation of subsidiary Real Estate Asset SA, we hereby state that SIF Moldova is still involved in the Veranda Mall project, with an indirect holding of  36.7%, through Professional Imo Partners SA (PPLI) and Nord SA (NORD). 

The performance achieved as part of the operation of the Veranda Mall shopping center fully confirms the projections SIF Moldova considered upon deciding to invest.
