Infinity Capital Investments S.A. informs its shareholders and investors that the Report of the Board of Directors and the Simplified Interim Individual Financial Statements as at March 31, 2026 – prepared in accordance with the applicable legal provisions – will be available for consultation starting from May 15, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., on the Company’s website at https://infinitycapital.ro/en/home/, under Investors Information – Periodic Reports, as well as at the registered office of Infinity Capital Investments S.A., located in Bucharest, Sector 1, 2 Daniel Danielopolu Street, 4th Floor, postal code 014134.
The quarterly report as at March 31, 2026 has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 24/2017 (republished), Law no. 74/2015, Law no. 243/2019, and F.S.A. Regulations no. 5/2018, no. 10/2015, no. 7/2020, and F.S.A. Norm no. 39/2015.
Please note that the Simplified Interim Individual Financial Statements as at March 31, 2026 have not been audited by the Company’s external financial auditor.
